• Assist with the overall management of the nursing department.
• Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures.
• Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of long‑term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and dependable attendance.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents.
