• Full Time: 2nd Shift

• Part Time: 1st & 3rd Shifts

• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 34-Bed Facility

• Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments as needed

• Support and supervise nursing assistants

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies

• Ensure resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

• Active LPN license

• Medication administration and IV certification

• Understanding of state rules and regulations

• Positive, dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• Passion for improving residents’ lives
