Description:
This position involves providing care to patients on a medical, surgical, and telemetry unit.
Nurses will monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is key to ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
You will also provide education and support to patients and their families.
Candidates should be prepared to work on weekends and holidays as required.
This role emphasizes the importance of critical thinking and effective communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
