Salary Range: $42,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and complete required reports.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
• Identify, quarantine, and document non-conforming materials and products.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions for quality issues.
• Monitor and verify the calibration status of inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the manufacturing process.

• High school diploma or GED;
  Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance or inspection role.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and basic statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results.

• Experience with CMM programming or advanced CMM operation.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or similar continuous improvement training.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience conducting internal quality audits.
• Advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) application knowledge.
