Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment.
• Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Install, relocate, and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of PLC logic and control systems for diagnosing equipment faults.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for work order management.
• Machining skills (lathe, mill) for part fabrication or repair.
