Job title: Accounts Payable Clerk A Shift
Reports to: Accounting Supervisor
General Description:Job responsibilities:
- Weekly freight reconciliation
- Freezer inventory receiving
- Code cold storage invoices for payment and backup for Non PO invoices
- Backup for daily yield reports
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong communication, computer and decision making skills.
- Detail oriented, team player, and strong multi-tasking skills
- Able to work with little to no supervision
Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, and SAP are used on a daily basis.
General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.
