Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

As a Trainer, you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives. You will be involved in the training process from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios.

Outside of the classroom, trainers work in teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to make our software more intuitive.

If you enjoy or have experience on stage, in a classroom, or as a tour guide, this could be the position for you. Learn more at Epic Careers - Trainer.
