** Qualifications Needed:*
* - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EMS or electronics manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in PCB assembly processes, including SMT, through-hole, and box build techniques.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium or OrCAD, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with diverse teams and customers.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

** Preferred Expertise:*
* - Certification in IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, or a commitment to achieve certification within six months.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100.
- Experience in test development and validation processes.
- Familiarity with setting up and operating various production equipment including Screen Printers, Automatic Placement Equipment, and more.
