. This position is on-site in Nebraska at one of the following locations:
Lincoln, Omaha, Kearney, Grand Island or Gibbon.

As an Exchange Bank Account Services Specialist, you will be part of a specialized team that supports internal and external clients by ensuring accuracy with internal documentation, account maintenance, and electronic banking, while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Perform duties for all branches by maintaining records in the following areas:
- Debit/ATM card ordering
- Customer identification information: adding new customers, updating existing information
- Deposit accounts/IRAs: processing new accounts, updating existing accounts, rate modifications and offsets, completing requested maintenance
- Safe deposit boxes: adding new agreements, verifying agreements
- Minimum educational and experience requirements:
Associate’s Degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education - Additional knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven performance in problem solving and in maintaining/building customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating tact and professionalism with coworkers
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to complete work in a timely and accurate manner
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, banking principles, and bank reporting requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook
- Detail- and deadline-oriented
- Software experience with Fiserv Precision/Director is helpful
