Cosmetologist at Grand Island Casino Resort

The licensed cosmetologist is responsible for performing professional scalp and facial treatments, manicures, and pedicures for guests in a clean, welcoming spa environment.

• Perform successful facial treatments, manicures, and pedicures to meet each guest’s expectations.
• Conduct guest consultations and provide post‑treatment recommendations, educating guests on products and home regimens.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Conduct inventory and maintain an appropriate par level of supplies.
• Assist with phone sales, facility tours, service scheduling, and other spa duties as necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent time‑management skills and a fun, energetic, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Foster an environment that emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
• Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those related to underage and intoxicated guests.
• Promote compliance with all laws and policies to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
• Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
• Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties may be added or changed at any time.

• Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission.
• Must maintain an active Nebraska state certification in good standing.
• Must complete all company‑required training within designated time frames.
• Must not directly or indirectly compete with the business of the Company during the period of employment.
