Caregiver Assistant – Bickford Senior Living

Join our dynamic team. The Caregiver Assistant supports resident care within a branch, ensuring daily needs are met compassionately, maintaining dignity and allowing residents to live fully.

• Full‑time employees eligible for medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits.

• Know residents and provide care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life: activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Provide care for residents with dementia.

• High School Diploma or GED; or one‑year related experience.
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• Willing to take additional required training.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
