Summary

The licensed Massage Therapist is responsible for performing professional services of body massages and body treatments.

• Perform professional services of body massages and body treatments to meet guest expectations.
• Conduct guest consultations and post‑treatment recommendations, educating guests on products and home regimens.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Conduct inventory and maintain appropriate par levels of supplies.
• Assist with phone sales, facility tours, service scheduling, and other spa duties as necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent time‑management skills and a fun, energetic, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Support an environment emphasizing cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those related to underage and intoxicated guests.
• Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
• Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and exercise appropriate judgment.
• Adapt to changes in job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned.

• Hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission.
• Maintain an active Nebraska state certification in good standing.
• Complete all company‑required training within designated time frames.
• Not directly or indirectly compete with the business of the company during the period of employment.
