Lighthouse Autism Center – Kearney location.

Full‑time position.

• Utilize your expertise to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

• Must currently have a valid RBT credential.
• Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs.; perform necessary physical tasks such as running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and other movements required for therapy.
• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required upon hire.

• Tuition reimbursement toward masters level education and support toward BCBA certification.
