Systems Administrator, Network Administrator
We are looking for a Systems Administrator (Junior‑Mid) to join a growing and collaborative team. This self‑starter will take tasks and implement them with little supervision, ensuring smooth operations and reliable system performance. The role offers the opportunity to utilize advanced technologies to optimize processes and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Microsoft Windows Server systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Configure and maintain Cisco infrastructure technologies to support seamless network operations.
- Implement and monitor firewall solutions to safeguard the organization’s network.
- Conduct cluster analysis to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
- Utilize virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Virtual Server and VMware to streamline operations.
- Develop and execute scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve system management.
- Administer Active Directory services, including user access and security protocols.
- Oversee backup solutions to protect data and ensure recoverability in case of system failures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members to address complex IT challenges.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory and its associated services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 operating systems.
- Experience working with Dell Technologies hardware solutions.
- Understanding of Citrix technologies and their applications.
- Ability to configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
