- Ensure all components are of sufficient quality and feed them into the machine.
- Operate machines to produce optimal quantity of product within specified tolerances.
- Make adjustments to machines in order to maintain consistency and quality.
- Continuously checks for adherence to specifications such as powder charge, bullet pull, bullet push and packaging components.
- Use inventory and manufacturing software programs.
- Follow all safety procedures.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to multitask
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
- Must have mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform basic math skills, as well as weight, volume and length measurements
