Admissions Coordinator (Nursing Background Preferred)
Bring Your Nursing Knowledge Beyond the Bedside—Without Losing the Impact.
At Tiffany Square, our Admissions Coordinators play a vital role in shaping the first step of a resident’s journey. - Manage a high‑volume admissions process with confidence and professionalism
- Review and evaluate potential residents for clinical and financial eligibility
- Coordinate admission details from inquiry through arrival, ensuring a World Class experience
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams
- Verify insurance, benefits, and required documentation
- Organize timelines, clinical information, and paperwork with exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
- Participate in ongoing training, education, and occasional out‑of‑town sessions
- LPN or RN license strongly preferred
- Clinical experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post‑acute settings is a plus
Candidates with strong organizational skills, healthcare admissions experience, or a desire to learn healthcare eligibility and insurance processes will be fully supported with training.
