Our client is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit. This 12-bed unit provides mental health stabilization and medically assisted detox services and is the only unit of its kind in the state.

This position works 12-hour night shifts (6 pm – 6 am) with rotating weekends (three shifts per week).

• Perform medical risk assessments on each consumer.
• Collaborate with medical practitioners for initial and ongoing medical orders.
• Address daily basic medical needs of admitted consumers.
• Assess, interpret, and document triage results.
• Develop and assist consumers in addressing short-term medical needs.
• Work with team members and medical staff to determine best-care treatment options in a supportive and educational environment.

• Wage: $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00.
• Health Insurance: 75% of monthly premium paid by the agency.

• Retirement plan deferral begins on the first day of employment.
