** NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME NIGHT RN
** Harlan County Health System is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team. This position provides high-quality nursing care to patients in our inpatient and emergency departments during the night shift.
** Position Details
*** Full-time position
* Three 12-hour shifts per week
* Night shift: 5:45 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
* Rotating weekends and holidays
* Eligible for HCHS’s comprehensive benefits package## Qualifications
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
* Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in the inpatient and emergency department settings
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Monitor and document patients’ conditions and responses to care
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and members of the healthcare team
* Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition
* Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control standards
** What We’re Looking For
*** Current Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or eligibility for Nebraska licensure
* BLS, ACLS and other applicable certifications preferred or obtained within the required timeframe
* Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rural healthcare environment
* Previous inpatient or emergency nursing experience preferred
