Overview
Retail Freight Flow Lead will directly impact brand standards execution and teammate experience. Working with Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead serves as in‑store expert for their business/department. Focus is delivering excellent service to customers and coaching teammates as their direct point of contact.
Responsibilities- Support building and hiring a strong team by observing in‑store interviews and department tours.
- Build a people‑first culture by connecting with teammates to build trust, respect, and a strong store recognition culture.
- Plan, organize, and control 30‑day work with guidance from Assistant Store Manager, aligning workforce to execute daily assignments, game plans, projects, or store events.
- Strategically leverage teammates to meet brand standards, execute programs and processes daily, and delegate tasks based on priority level.
- Assist store leadership with general supervision, opening and closing the store, performing Front End and Cash Office functions, and processing firearms sales in compliance with ATF regulations where applicable.
- Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
- Assist with training teammates on company procedures and programs, onboarding new teammates and cross‑training current teammates.
- Prioritize coaching and developing oneself and others; provide hands‑on coaching and teach the “why” behind tasks, plans, and processes.
- Lead by example to support the vision of the organization and store by helping teammates understand how their responsibilities align to the common purpose and delivering a hassle‑free shopping experience.
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe and is treated with respect.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of all company information.

- Flexible availability – nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer‑focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 70 lbs. with manual lifting equipment as required.
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders, aerial lifting devices, or platforms.
- Targets pay range $16.50 – $24.50 hourly; actual rate based on location, experience and position.
