This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Life and Health Agent located in Grand Island, NE. The role involves engaging with prospective clients to provide personalized insurance options, assisting them in acquiring the most suitable health and life coverage products. In addition to conducting client meetings, the agent will handle insurance sales, collaborate with brokers, and deliver exceptional customer service.

They will also address inquiries, educate clients on options, and maintain records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts as they relate to insurance.
• Exceptional skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
• Licensed Life and Health insurance agent (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
