Responsible for providing superior service to our guests while protecting customers, employees and all assets.

Essential Functions

Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Patrol the property (casino, hotel, parking lot, and golf course) and ensure the safety of employees and guests.
Respond to emergencies as needed.
Perform First aid, CPR, and AED as needed; maintain certification in these areas.
Notify local police department when backup is necessary.
Conduct money transfers, table fills/credits, and drops as assigned.
Perform all posts as assigned.
Must have a clean driving record.
Write incident reports as assigned.
Work assigned shift.
May be required to work overtime.
Flexibility is required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Driver's license
High School Diploma or GED
First aid card
CPR card
AED card
State Gaming License
