• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Call Corporate Office every 2 hours to check-in.
• Perform one patrol of the site building per shift.
• Communicate shipping / receiving with oncoming trucks.
• Check Identification and verify bill of lading paperwork.
• Inform all guests and visitors of site safety rules.
• Remote monitor trucks (CCTV) entering / exiting the site.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Strong communication skills needed.
• Excellent report writing skills needed.
• Must be driver certified.
