Tool Crib Coordinator B shift

Schedule:

3:30pm to 12am Tuesday to Saturday or as needed Job responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and reorder points.
• Understand and help with min/max’ of MRO and supplies
• Place tags and labels on the inventory stock
• Proper storage and handling of the received stock
• Maintain, create and review reports in excel
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Other duties as assigned

System Used:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and SAP are used on a daily basis. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task are required.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language
• Mechanically inclined is preferred
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office proficient;
  Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatory
• Warehousing experience a plus
