Tool Crib Coordinator B Shift

Supply Chain, Procurement & Transportation Grand Island,Nebraska

Schedule: 3:30pm to 12am Tuesday to Saturday or as needed.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse inventory and reorder points.
• Understand and help with min/max’s of MRO and supplies
• Place tags and labels on the inventory stock
• Proper storage and handling of the received stock
• Maintain, create and review reports in excel
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Other duties as assigned

Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and SAP are used on a daily basis. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language
• Mechanically inclined is preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Microsoft Office proficient;
  Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatory
