Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate caregiver and clinician assignments to meet client needs
Communicate clearly with field staff regarding schedules, changes, and coverage
Respond to last-minute changes with flexibility and a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in agency systems
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
Support continuity of care by ensuring coverage is reliable and timely
- Manage scheduling changes in Wellsky
Prior scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with technology - Wellsky experience a plus!
Reliability, consistency, and a team-focused mindset
Experience in home health, healthcare, or human services is a plus - but not required for the right candidate.

- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Remote, On-call hours are available after training has been completed for additional income!Opportunity to grow skills in healthcare operations
