Automotive Technician

This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Grand Junction, CO. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance such as inspections, fluid services, and oil changes, as well as diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Daily tasks include working on brakes, suspension components, and general maintenance and repair operations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and shop standards.

The role involves accurately documenting findings and services performed, communicating clearly with service advisors, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. The technician is expected to follow all safety protocols, use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively, and contribute to a cooperative team environment focused on quality and efficiency.

• Candidates should possess skills in general Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a variety of makes and models.
• Candidates should possess skills in performing routine services, including Oil Changes and basic inspections.
• Candidates should possess skills in Automotive Repair, including troubleshooting drivability issues and mechanical failures.
• Candidates should possess skills in Suspension work, including diagnosing and repairing steering, alignment, and ride-related concerns.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, familiarity with diagnostic tools and service information systems, and strong attention to detail.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include ASE certifications or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
