As Medical Director, you will lead clinical operations for Hospice and Palliative Care services, overseeing two locations and ensuring high‑quality patient care.

• Directly report to the VP of Hospice and Palliative Care.
• Oversee a team of 5 physicians, 5 nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Collaborate with the PACE team on administrative and clinical initiatives, including care plans, case reviews, and process improvement.
• Foster strong staff relationships, assess team dynamics, identify barriers, and leverage data to drive decisions.
• Provide clinical and administrative oversight related to workflow development, quality, and community services.

• MD/DO required.
• Minimum 5 years of hospice experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Board Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine and/or Hospice Medical Director Board Certification preferred.
• Controlled substance license with current DEA registration.
• Eligible or currently possess a Medicare/Medicaid NPI number.
• Eligible or currently credentialed at local hospitals.
• Eligible to bill insurance for palliative care and symptom management visits.

The base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $250,000 annually.

• Eligible for additional benefits including health insurance, retirement, and bonuses.
• Final compensation will be determined based on scope of role, experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, and budget.
