Pay Range: $18.29 - $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program*: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement and employee stock purchase plan. Casual, PRN & part‑time employees scheduled for less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan only.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week:
Monday – Friday, hours vary with start and end times between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. Additional days/hours may be requested, which may include a Saturday rotation. Typical work schedule is 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Work Location: 2350 N. 8th St., Suite #205, Grand Junction, CO 81506

Territory coverage: Western Slope:
Grand Junction / Montrose / Delta and other surrounding cities may be included.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
