Manufacturing Pre Assembler

JOB SUMMARY

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Manufacturing Pre-Assembler to assemble components and sub-assemblies as part of the pre-assembly process. This role will work with a variety of hand tools to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, grinding, and sanding to ensure a precise fit and function. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and safety protocols.

Full-time hourly position hiring at $18.00–$23.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in the English language.
• At least 18 years of age.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly/pre-assembly shop.

The Manufacturing Pre-Assembler will assemble components and sub-assemblies as part of the pre-assembly process. This role involves using hand tools to perform tasks ensuring a precise fit and function.
