Travel Nurse RN - Hospice
Provide compassionate end‑of‑life care as a dedicated Travel Nurse RN in Grand Junction, CO.
Responsibilities- Administer hospice nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and manage symptoms with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease progression, medication management, and comfort measures.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times.
