Registered Nurse (RN) | Grand Junction, CO

PT - Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday - 6 hr shifts per day

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

$31-$41/hr with Shift Differential on Weekends. Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

• Current RN license in the state of CO
• Current CPR certification
  
  Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
