Immediate need for a talented DIRECTOR OF LABOR & Delivery. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Grand Junction, CO(Onsite).

Pay Range: $126,880 - $145,912/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Labor & Delivery clinical and operational services
- Oversee nursing staff, staffing, recruitment, and professional development
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and hospital leadership
- Manage departmental resources, staffing, and budget
Experience:
- 10+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
- 5+ years of healthcare leadership/management experience
- BSN required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- Active Colorado RN license or ability to obtain
- BLS, ACLS & NRP required
