Pasco Southwest Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a home health setting. You will follow the plan of care, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include implementing the care plan, documenting accurately, and coordinating with RNs and physicians. Must maintain CPR certification and a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
