Job Opportunity – Primary Registered Nurse (Hospice) – Colorado

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional back-up for weekends and on-call coverage

• Lead an interdisciplinary care team with an assigned patient caseload
• Serve as both educator and advocate, helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care goals
• Utilize strong assessment and critical thinking skills in symptom management across all disease processes
• Work in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values personalized care
• Weekday schedule with excellent work-life balance and limited weekend obligations

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or related specialty preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based visits
