American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiovascular Care Unit position requiring at least 1 year of experience and a CO or compact RN license.

• Work in the Cardiovascular Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Schedule consists of 3x12hr day shifts from
• 8 weekend shifts required per 8-week schedule
• On-call is optional
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need and within scope of competency
• Epic EMR experience preferred

• Active RN license, Single State or Compact, required for the state of Colorado
• BLS (AHA) certification required and must not expire prior to start
• ACLS (AHA) certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in the specialty required
• Cardiac experience preferred but not required
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care
• Provide health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic treatment to support patient recovery
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
• Previous permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for this assignment
• Background check and drug screening processing can take up to 2 weeks and must be completed prior to start
