American Traveler is hiring a RN
- Med/Surg Oncology for a night shift assignment requiring a CO or compact RN license and oncology certification.

• Med/Surg Oncology unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts,
• 36 hours per week
• 8 weekend shifts per 8-week schedule
• On-call is optional
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• Uses EPIC for charting

• Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required in CO
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required, not expiring before start date
• ONS or OCN certification required
• Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience required
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
• Provides health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative therapy
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Refers patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
• Returning employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
