Red Cliffs Post Acute is Hiring a Weekend Charge Nurse Shift: Full-Time Friday Saturday, Sunday 10am-10pm At Red Cliffs Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed.

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license to practice in CO; RN preferred
• Post acute or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Nurse management experience preferred, but not required
• Rate: $40-$50 per hour depending on experience
