Schedule:
Part-Time - 2/12's, 7:00am-7:00pm with weekend coverage as needed

The Hospice Float RN/LPN provides flexible clinical support across hospice teams and service areas to ensure continuity of care for patients and families. This position delivers compassionate, patient-centered nursing care throughout the hospice journey, including patient assessments, care planning, symptom management, medication management, patient and family education, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. The Hospice Float RN/LPN adapts to changing staffing and patient care needs, supports coverage for planned and unplanned absences, and maintains compliance with applicable regulations, clinical standards, and Hope West policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must have unrestricted RN license inthe
  
  Stateof Colorado
• Must have valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage maintained throughout employment.
• Compliance with training requirements is essential for participation in the RN Float (PRN) Pool Program.
• Minimum of 1year of nursing experience required.
• 2 years working in hospital, home health, oncology, critical care or hospice setting preferred.

• Pay: LPN - $29.83-$33.00, RN - $35.03-$40.05 base wage ($5/hr weekends differential)
