Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently

* Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness

* Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

* Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented

* Cheerful, positive attitude and loves serving others

* Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

* Able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team

* Flexible schedule availability

* Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and stand for long periods
