Reset Merchandiser - Grand Junction

L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States, distributing over 40,000 items across 3 regional warehouses in Arkansas, New Jersey, and Nevada.

We are hiring a part‑time representative to service retail stores including Albertson, Safeway, Cub Foods, Hy‑Vee, and Kroger throughout the West, Central, and East Coast regions.

• Pay rate: Up to $25.00 per hour
• Hours: Up to 40 hours weekly, subject to change each week

• Location: Grand Junction, CO and surrounding Colorado cities
• Travel: Must travel within a 100‑200 mile radius of hiring area; overnight travel and hotel stay (up to 75%) by land or air covered

• Accurately implement planograms and schematics to reset cosmetic displays, fixtures, and sections.
• Remove, stock, and place products to ensure proper organization and merchandising flow.
• Pack merchandise and process customer returns following L&R’s guidelines.
• Install and adjust shelving, hooks, and fixtures to align with planogram specifications.
• Ensure all resets meet L&R’s standards and project timelines.
• Maintain communication with store managers, team leads, and supervisors about progress and challenges.
• Electronically document task completion through photos and reporting apps/tools.

• Travel within 100‑200 mile radius of hiring area.
• Overnight travel and hotel stay (up to 75%) paid in advance.
• Hotels and flight travel paid in advance.

• Previous experience in retail merchandising, resets, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and schematic reading highly desirable.
• Cosmetics reset/merchandising experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to use ladder or step stool to access taller fixtures.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; proof of car insurance.
• Motor vehicle history with ≤3 moving violations within last 36 months.
• Smartphone with internet access for reporting.
• Basic PC skills: email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
