As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skin‑care advice, hair, and fragrance consultations. You will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure that the store meets our high standards of visual merchandising.

• Provide makeup application, skin‑care, hair, and fragrance consultations.
• Deliver personalized customer service and create a welcoming in‑store experience.
• Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Use point‑of‑sale software.

• Retail experience preferred; amateur level acceptable if able to demonstrate creative and technical expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Proof of right to live and work in the U.S. if invited for interview.
