• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate engagement; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist members with purchasing decisions and payments; locate merchandise; resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; identify roadblocks and assist in training.
