Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a freezer, cooler and deli associate you’ll keep shelves stocked and play a key role in the operations and sanitary conditions that keep our product ready for members. In the deli department you’ll be on the front lines of customer service—your smile can make the difference between a good and a great shopping experience.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area—handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up and clean displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete audits and required documentation, and secure fragile/high‑shrink items.
• Provide member service—acknowledge members, identify needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
• Follow company policies for the freezer/cooler area—comply with food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures, clean the area, monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and report issues.
