Job Overview

• Count and record inventory accurately
• Maintain a clear, consistent workflow
• Move between inventory locations—standing, walking, and light lifting
• Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases

• Minimum age 18
• Preferred experience:
  
  retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse
• No inventory experience acceptable with training
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb, bend, and use handheld scanners
• Reliable attendance, strong focus, teamwork, and positive attitude
• Open to candidates with no degree, returning to workforce, military background
• Reliable transportation required

Requires prolonged standing, frequent walking, use of both hands for repetitive motions, occasional squatting or kneeling, ladder use, lifting up to 25 lb, and occasional travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
