Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, plus uncapped commission, and receive paid training with a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days. Paid time off accrues at 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
