Service Technician

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team! As a Service Technician for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in remodeling, finish carpentry, or installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. This is a customer facing role so you must be dedicated to working with homeowners to go the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it’s not!).

Esler Companies is the holding company for Renewal by Andersen of Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma, North Texas, Central Texas, Greater Philadelphia, Southern New England and Portland, Maine, with sales and marketing engines in Northborough, Massachusetts & Austin, Texas.

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers  homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
