Airframe and Powerplant Maintenance

• Perform inspections: Conducts routine and in-depth inspections of the aircraft's airframe (wings, fuselage, landing gear) and power plant (engines, propellers) to identify and correct any defects or wear.
• Repair and replace parts: Repairs or replaces defective parts in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using hand and power tools.
• Perform structural repairs: Checks for corrosion and cracks and performs structural repairs on an aircraft's skin and frame.
• Service aircraft systems: Carries out basic aircraft servicing, such as fueling, oil changes, and checking tire pressure.
