Electrical Installation Technician - Levels II & III

Leitner-Poma is seeking skilled Level II & III Electrical Installation Technicians to play a crucial role in the installation and commissioning of cutting‑edge ropeway transportation systems across North America.

Install vital electrical systems for our ropeway transportation projects. Perform EMT bending, cable pulling, and conductor termination from control wires to motor leads. Develop innovative processes, provide mentorship, and ensure precision, safety, and excellence.

• Level II – $26.00 – $34.00 per hour
• Level III – $31.25 – $36.54 per hour

Electrical Installation Technician II

• High school diploma/GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with industrial controls
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally, valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions & elevations >10,000 ft
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Proficient in English

Desired for II

• Journeyman Electrician certification
• 2‑3 years experience with industrial controls
• Previous experience operating all‑terrain forklift
• Experience installing self‑supporting cable systems
• Basic rigging experience

Electrical Installation Technician III

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mathematics, or related field
• Current Master Electrician Certification
• At least 2 years of experience with industrial controls

Ability to travel domestically & internationally, valid driver’s license

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions & elevations >10,000 ft

Authorized to work in the United States of America

Proficient in English

Desired for III

• Master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mathematics, or related field
• Previous experience operating all‑terrain forklift
• At least 3 years experience with industrial controls
