Elam Construction, a division of Summit Materials, is looking for a mechanically inclined, safety-oriented Haul Truck Driver to operate Articulated Haul Truck in our aggregate sites. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy‑do­y off‑road dump trucks to transport materials within mining, quarry, or heavy construction sites regulated by MSHA. The driver will perform routine inspections, maintain equipment in compliance with MSHA Part 46/48 requirements, and support overall site productivity and safety.

• Observe site and safety conditions continuously.
• Perform daily maintenance and inspect equipment before start of shift.
• Report any safety or mechanical issues to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain an equipment inspection log and submit it daily.
• Refuel equipment as required, ensuring all safety protocols are observed.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining full control.
• Contribute to productivity goals to produce high‑quality end products under direction of foreman and pit supervisor.

• MSHA training a plus but not required.
• Professional and courteous attitude toward co‑workers and supervisors.
• Arrive at assigned job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co‑workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
