Description:

You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the GMLRS Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, ensuring timely delivery of quality products to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management Senior, you will be responsible for managing major subcontracts and serving as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers, playing a critical role in communicating customer concerns and expediting delivery schedules.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Administering and managing development major subcontracts from proposal through execution and close out

* Collaborating with the supply chain operations team to generate RFP packages, analyze subcontractor proposals, and negotiate price and terms

* Coordinating subcontractor invoicing and monitoring performance against contract requirements

* Working with Finance on baselining and sales forecasting activities

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

* Supply Chain, logistics, or project management experience.

* Must be proficient Excel, Word and Power Point

* Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

* Excellent communications skills

* Ability and willingness to travel to support supplier meeting and milestone events

Desired

Skills:

* Working knowledge of SAP and/or LMP2P Business Systems

* Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management

* Previous development effort knowledge

* Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools

* Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between functional organizations

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
